Problem & Solution
PROBLEM
Finding a perfect handbag is a stressful experience as it should be appropriately sized for the items that need to be carried and fit to personal lifestyle (Morley, 2020).
According to NPD, women aged 18-45 own an average of 13 handbags driven by various trends and extensive needs (Thommeret, 2016). Overconsumption is concerning because it has environmental implications and could contribute to textile waste (Faster Capital, 2023).
A mini-bag may be fashionable, but it has limited space and is impractical to carry the necessities. Meanwhile, a big bag carries all the belongings, yet sometimes it is not chic (Mohammad, 2023).
It opens opportunities to create a bag that helps to minimize owning an extensive amount of bags and helps to create a capsule wardrobe. According to Vogue, selecting a versatile grab-and-go bag is the simplest way to transition daytime outfits seamlessly into evening wear (Vogue, 2023).
